The survey of the galactic plane in the region of the associations Canis Major OB1, R1, carried out at the wavelength 7,6 CM at the Ratan-600 radio telescope.
Abstract
A 7.6-cm wavelength survey of a 0.0048 sr field with the RATAN-600 radio telescope near the CMa OB 1, R1 associations has disclosed 89 sources (surface density 13,000/sr). The survey is statistically complete down to 40 mJy. Comparison with standard extragalactic-source statistics indicates that, as in a prior survey of the Mon R2 region, a substantial proportion of the CMa sources with S approximately equal to 100 mJy are galactic.
