High-resolution radio observations of compact planetary nebulae.
Abstract
The author reports the radio observations of ten compact planetary nebulae with angular resolutions of ≡0arcsec.4. With the exception of two objects which are optically thick at 5 GHz, all show definite shell structures characteristic of planetary nebulae. The observed physical parameters of the objects suggest that they are likely to be very young planetary nebulae.
