BL Lacertae objects: Multifrequency observations and model applications
Abstract
Quasi-simultaneous spectra covering radio, IR, optical and UV wave bands of BL Lac and active galactic nuclei were obtained. The X-ray flux densities from other epochs, and information on temporal behavior in the various wave bands, are used in model fitting. The required amount of relativistic beaming in these sources is calculated as 30.
