Magnetostatic problems in nonlinear media with hysteresis
Abstract
Magnetostatic problems in nonlinear media with hysteresis was investigated. The following topics were studied: mathematical models for scalar hysteresis nonlinearities, boundary Galerkin's approach for the solution of exterior field problems, development and testing of a new quasifinite element discretization technique based on the boundary Galerkin approach, and investigation of new iterative methods for the solution of discrete Bellman equations and quasivariational inequalities.
