Perturbations in geostationary orbit
Abstract
The natural evolution of geostationary satellite orbits due to Moon-Sun attraction, geopotential, and solar radiation pressure is described. Orbit correction calculations, including velocity vector, thrust effects, and geometrical representation are outlined.
