Electromagnetic wave theory and remote sensing
Abstract
Research is carried out in the areas of electromagnetic wave theory and remote ensing. Achievements are summarized for studies of: (1) electromagnetic wave applications to microstrip antennas; (2) remote sensing with models of random media and discrete scatterers; (3) acoustic wave propagation; (4) remote sensing of vegetation and soil moisture; (5) passive microwave snow pack experiments; (6) active and passive remote sensing of the Earth terrain and; (7) active and passive remote sensing of ice.
