Bistable operation of two semiconductor lasers in an external cavity: Rate-equation analysis
Abstract
This paper describes a theoretical analysis of the steady state and transient behavior of a laser with saturable absorber system consisting of two GaAlAs semiconductor laser elements in an external cavity. The equations are included and explained.
