Orbit maneuvers with finite thrust. Volume 3: Reference catalog, parts 1 and 2
Abstract
The following quantities for single are finite thrust orbit transfer are presented: the velocity increment loss (Delta DeltaV), the change of the apsidal radius where the maneuver takes place (Deltar), and the drift of the line of apsides (Delta Omega). Two orbit transfer Cases were selected: Case 1 in which the final orbit is completely specified, i.e., r(sub12)=r(sub11) and Omega(sub2)=Omega(sub1) and Case 3 with Omega(sub2)=Omega (sub1) and r(sub12) free, or Case 4 with both Omega(sub2) and Omega (sub12) free, depending on the energy of the initial orbit.
