Kinetics of spreading of liquids in microgravity: Experiment 1 ES 327
Abstract
The phenomenology of spreading of a tethered liquid drop is reviewed, and compared with the data obtained in microgravity experiments conducted in the fluid physics module during the Spacelab 1 mission. Recommendations for conduct of experiments of this kind are made.
