Spectral method in the theory of normal-mode propagation in periodic waveguides
Abstract
The problem of determining normal modes in a circular cylindrical waveguide with rectangular corrugation is considered. This problem is used as an example to justify the use of the spectral method to determine the normal modes of periodic waveguides.
