Fluid temperature and concentration gradient measurement study
Abstract
Instrument concepts for the measurement of temperature and concentration gradients within and at the free surface of low temperature ( 100 C) opaque and transparent fluids were studied. Classical interferometry, optical holography, speckle techniques, optical spectroscopy techniques, photoacoustic and photothermal techniques, ultrasonic techniques, and thermal techniques were considered.
