An organ-pipe oscillation
Abstract
The ability of the PHOENICS program to calculate an organ pipe oscillation was tested. Predictions for velocity amplitude = 10 m/sec, frequency = 100/sec, and duct length = 1.0 m are presented. Quantitative PHOENICS results agree with those of an analytical solution.
