Gravitational antenna with non tuned resonant transducer
Abstract
The dynamic response of a gravitational antenna with resonant transducer is analyzed. The case in which the transducer is not tuned to the antenna is considered. Expressions for the signal, noise and critical temperature of the system are found from the responses to both modes. The analysis shows that the limit operation temperature is half in the case of nontuned transducer as it is possible to work at only one of the two modes while for tuned transducer the limit is four times the noise temperature.
