Developed turbulent flow under conditions of internal and external problems
Abstract
The development of a turbulent flow in a flat diffuser with boundary layers closed at the inlet is analyzed. Sequential approximation is used to solve the Prandtl equations for the region near the wall, and integral methods are used for the external region. The analytical and experimental findings are compared.
