Phase inverter based on dielectric stripline waveguide with mobile metal plate
Abstract
The 110-170 GHz frequency range of the parameters of a phase inverter with a dielectric stripline waveguide (DSW) with an imbedded in a substrate dielectric waveguide and a plane metal plate, mobile perpendicularly to the upper surface of the DSW was investigated. It is found that phase inverter has better parameters concerning direct loss (alpha = 2 db), input standing wave ratio ( 1.05) and precision of indication of the phase difference magnitude (- or + 3 deg), than foreign analogs.
