Method for calculating the frequency response of multilayer electrothermal converters
Abstract
A calculation method is developed which makes it possible to use simple procedures to determine the frequency response of an electrothermal converter (e.g., a pyroelectric converter) for an arbitrary number of layers of the working medium and for arbitrary heattransfer conditions for the working medium. The method consists of the following steps: calculation of the Kij conversion coefficient; multiplication of Kij by the conversion coefficient of the input electrical signal and the conversion coefficient Delta Ti3 in the output electrical signal. A generalized signalflow chart is presented using a topological method to illustrate the present approach.
