The method of partial regions for diffraction problems with noncoordinate boundaries
Abstract
A new approach is developed in the framework of the method of partial regions for solving a class of noncoordinate problems of electrodynamics, containing oblique interfaces of media in a rectangular waveguide. The approach is based on the use of the Sommerfeld-Watson transformation for the construction of the field in the irregular region. Results of numerical experiments are presented.
