Excitation of an array of radiators with exponentially varying loads
Abstract
A rigorous theory of infinite linear arrays with exponential variation of the intrinsic resistance of the radiators is developed. The study is based on the solution of the Carlemann boundary value problem in the theory of analytic functions. It is shown that the proposed method makes it possible to determine the radiation pattern, current distribution, and other characteristics of an infinite periodic linear array with an exponential load distribution.
