Limits on the scalar neutrino mass from single photon production in e+e- annihilation
Abstract
The process e+e- → γ ṽ≅v is calculated as a function of scalar neutrino ( ṽ) mass for a class of models, derivable from N = 1 supergravity, in which the scalar neutrino may be the lightest supersymmetric particle. Present limits on single photon production in e +e - annihilation from PEP at √ s = 30 GeV require M ṽ ⪆ 10 GeV/c 2 in these models.
