Self-adaptive echo cancellation for telephony
Abstract
A self-adaptive delay estimator capable of detecting long delays in telephony was designed. It is shown that the gradient analog algorithm is simpler and more rapidly converging than the numerical algorithm. The results of the simulation are 47 dB of echo reduction and 10 to 30 m sec convergence time.
