Architecture of radio networks of data transmission
Abstract
Principles underlying the architecture (i.e., the logical, functional, and physical organization) of packet communication systems with controlled multiaccess are presented. Particular emphasis is placed on highly efficient protocols of multiaccess control in ground and satellite channels. Problems of the analysis, optimization, adaptation, and control of radio networks are considered.
