Analyzers of pulsed signals
Abstract
Methods for the design of automated analyzers of nanosecond and picosecond pulse signals are described. A systems approach is used to design multifunctional devices based on various methods for the recording of input signals in real time and for readout in a computer-compatible converted scale: wideband CRTs with memory, transmitting TV converters, and CCD matrices. An error analysis is presented, and methods of the microprocessor correction of errors are described. Metrological aspects and the development of appropriate software are also considered.
