Microelectronic microwave components
Abstract
Methods are presented for designing and analyzing new passive and active microwave circuits based on active elements and transmission lines, including microstrip, slotted, coplanar, and semiconductor-substrate transmission lines. In particular, consideration is given to hybrid integrated circuits, power dividers and summators, selectors, mixers, and amplifiers. Other components discussed include power control devices, phase inverters, and power limiters.
