Modeling of quasi-T waves in multiconductor lines of elliptical cross section
Abstract
Aspects of quasi-T wave propagation in elliptical multiconductor lines are considered. The use of the Riemann-Hilbert problem method to reduce a system of functional equations to a system of second-order linear algebraic equations is considered for an elliptical microstrip line. In addition, theoretical results are presented on the linear capacitance and wave impedance of microstrip lines. The modeling results indicate that elliptical multiconductor lines are suitable for use as channeling systems in the microwave range.
