The TEA three-channel nitrogen laser for interferometric studies of plasma dynamics
Abstract
Requirements to be satisfied by a laser radiation beam operating in multiframe interferometric system are discussed. The structure and principal parameters of a simple and inexpensive nitrogen laser operating in a three-channel version are presented. This form of the laser allows experiments to be performed on the dynamics of plasma, provided the laser's dimensions do not exceed 0.2 cm.
