Interference noise of the spread spectrum multiple access communication systems using Delay Transform method
Abstract
The average performance of the previously proposed Delay Transform (DT) system is studied and the inter-code-sequence average interference parameter (AIP) is derived using frequency domain analysis. It is shown that the AIP is expressed by superimposition of spectra and that the inter-code-sequence interference noise is effectively reduced by taking account of the spectrum characteristic. Simple models for SSMA and DT systems are explained and the code sequence is formalized. The code sequence and AIP are spectrally expressed and the average AIP is shown to agree well with that from domain analysis. This result is used to study the DT system characteristic from the spectrum viewpoint. Spectrum varieties ranging from flat-like to comb-like are obtained using this procedure.
