An efficient 200 - 290 GHz frequency tripler incorporating a novel stripline structure.
Abstract
This paper describes a broadly tuneable frequency tripler which can provide more than 2-mW output power at any frequency between 200 and 290 GHz. It is derived from an earlier narrow-band prototype design.
