Electromechanical analogs of steady-state and intermediate-asymptotic regimes of nonlinear heat transfer in one-dimensional media
Abstract
It is shown that nonlinear mechanical and electrical analogs can be found for nonlinear heat-transfer processes in one-dimensional media in the steady-state and intermediate-regimes. It is also demonstrated that the investigation of spatial thermal processes can be reduced to the study of the time variations of the electrical parameters of the analog-simulation circuits. Attention is given to the main steps in the practical implementation of a nonlinear electrical analog simulating nonlinear heat-transfer processes during ohmic heating and radiation from plasma conductors.
