Nonreciprocal phase shift in finline with layered substrate containing magnetised ferrite
Abstract
A numerical analysis based on the singular integral equation approach is used here to determine the dispersion characteristics of a finline with a layered dielectric-ferrite substrate. It is shown that the insertion of a dielectric spacer leads to a noticeable increase in the nonreciprocal phase shift. Phase constant curves are presented for forward and backward waves.
