Study of thermoelectric current of near-room-temperature photovoltaic (Hg, Cd)Te detectors
Abstract
The thermoelectric current in the test circuit for near-room temperature photovoltaic (Hg, Cd)Te detectors is discussed. The result shows that the thermoelectric current is usually much greater than the short-circuit photocurrent at the dry ice temperature, so that the influence of the thermoelectric current must be considered when the parameters of the near-room temperature photovoltaic (Hg, Cd)Te detectors are analyzed by means of the V-I relation.
