The unmodelled effects in the motion of artificial satellites.
Abstract
A method of tackling satellite motion variations which are caused by the effects not included in the integrated equations of motion is described in the paper. It is particularly important when station positions are determined from the observations of a satellite. Numerical results showing the influence of the unmodelled effects and remarks concerning the application of the method are presented as well.
