Photometric elements of the eclipsing binary AE Cas.
Abstract
Light curves and U, B and V measurements were made of the AE Cas system during 17 nights from 1977-1980. The period was observed from minima to minima and calculated to be 0.7591215 d. Standard differential magnitudes are provided for the U, B and V filters. The primary was a 12.12 mag object and the secondary a 13.76 mag object when viewed through the V filter. The components were judged to be a G 6-7 primary and a G9 - K4 secondary.
