The disturbances affect Brown-Roshko structures in plane mixing layer
Abstract
This paper presents the effects of different disturbances on Brown-Roshko coherent structures in the plane mixing layer. The Brown-Roshko coherent structures emerge three-dimensionally. There is a certain relationship between the forming of Brown-Roshko coherent structures and the development of Kelvin-Helmholtz instability waves.
