Activities report of the Werner-Heisenberg Institute of Physics
Abstract
Experiments performed at CERN are described: interaction of neutrons and antineutrons with protons and neon-nuclei; a beam-dump experiment, hadron-hadron reactions, lepton-nucleon scattering, development of a holographic high pressure stream chamber. Experiments were performed at the electron-positron storage ring with the CELLO detector. Data acquisition, data processing, and electronic systems were developed for these experiments. Charms were investigated in hadronic interaction; semiconductor detectors were developed; an experiment was conducted at the electron-positron storage ring CESR with the CUSB detector. Unitied field theories; quark, leptons and phenomenological models; characteristics of calibration theories; supersymmetry and supergravitation; neutrino-astronony and magnetic monopoles; quantum mechanics and geometric quantization; nonrelativistic many particle physics were studied.
