Low cost, high resolution, serrodynable solid state amplifier system for ECM applications
Abstract
A design utilizing a serrodynable digital phase shifter with built-in function generator capabilities for velocity deception techniques is presented for use in ECM applications. The fundamental concepts of serrodyning and function generation are discussed with reference to Velocity Gate Walk-Off, linear and parabolic frequency translation, positive and negative frequency translation; and adjustable walk and dwell time.
