Solar cell characterization by phtotcapacitance
Abstract
New solor cells were studied by electrooptical characterization and modeling. The principal cells studied were a-Si:H and CuInSe2/CdS with some work on Cu2S/CdS and Zn3P2/Mg. Abilities to characterize solar cells by photocapacitance and current voltage techniques as a function of voltage, illumination level and wavelength, temperature (77 (0)K to 400(0)K), frequency, and pulses of light and voltage, were developed.
