Increasing the shipborne telemetric systems capacity with the channel frequency division
Abstract
The design of telemetric systems with the frequency division of the channels being determined by the transmission capacity of the subcarrier frequency oscillators (SFOs) used for data processing is examined. A mathematical model of the SFO base circuit is developed which can be used to determine the transformation function of the circuit. Fast response can be obtained by using a transient process time of the SFOs which does not exceed the output frequency cycle. The possibility of current value ratio conversion of two signals in the frequency deviation using SFOs is examined. These principles have been utilized in the SFOs contained in the multichannel telemetric systems PRDS-2 (the Processing and Recording Data Systems) and SFU-1 (the Frequency Subcarrier Unit), which form the IONOSOUND complex.
