Operator calculation of anisotropic resonators with allowance for the optical mismatch of their elements
Abstract
A method for calculating the frequency-polarization characteristics of anisotropic optical resonators is proposed which is based on exact solutions of the boundary value problems of the optics of anisotropic layered media. This method makes it possible to consistently allow for multiple reflections at the boundaries of intracavity elements. Analytical relations are obtained which are necesssary for calculating the frequency-polarization characteristics.
