Imaging by active laser methods
Abstract
A scaner system, operated with piezo crystals, which deflects radiation from a CO2 laser is described. The radiation is continuous or in the form of pulses; in the latter case, an additional electronic device is needed. The objects examined by means of the deflection system were mainly spheres and wires, and the results are shown in picture form.
