Optimal design of an antenna array
Abstract
A mathematical model of nonsmooth optimization is used to design an antenna array such that the sidelobes are minimized. The design is formulated as nondifferentiable minimization problems (minimum and minimax problem). Numerical results prove the efficiency of the method.
