Reliability of electrical machines and drives, part 1
Abstract
Reliability of urban electrical power system components is considered. Calculation and statistical analysis of failure rates for an urban area were carried out. A load model was developed and it is shown that by knowing the availability of different power units the power system planning can be optimized.
