National Colloquium and Exposition on Electromagnetic Compatibility, 2nd, Tregastel, Cotes-du-Nord, France, June 1-3, 1983, Transactions
Abstract
The nature, measurement, and prevention of EM interference are examined in reports and reviews of recent theoretical, experimental, and applications studies. Topics discussed include natural and artificial sources of noise; measurement techniques; numerical methods for diffraction, propagation, antennas, and wire structures; technological solutions; the application of numerical methods to transmission lines; and the induction of perturbations in cables. Consideration is given to screens and shielding, EMP in the source region, simulation techniques, and the electromagnetic compatibility of large systems.
