Algorithm for the calculation of the current distribution of electrically long curvilinear conductors
Abstract
The paper develops a method for solving the Pocklington integral equation, which is used for the analysis of wire antennas of sufficiently general geometry with a wire length that is significantly greater than the electromagnetic wavelength. Attention is given to features of algorithms and software which are suitable for the computer-aided design of such antennas.
