The effect of losses on the characteristics of a surface-acoustic-wave resonator with distributed feedback
The present study examines the characteristics of a distributed-feedback resonator based on a long interdigital SAW transducer. An analysis is presented of the dependence of the Q-factor of this resonator on the characteristic scales of the system: the diffraction length and the damping length.
