The recognition of address sequences by the method of fast transforms
Abstract
Algorithms are examined for the recognition of pseudorandom binary sequences which are used as address sequences in multistationary wideband radiosystems. The algorithms consist of the economical multiplication of a vector input signal by a matrix whose lines represent all the possible shifts of the address sequences. It is noted that in real systems, the description of the construction may be used for the recognition of one signal or a whole aggregate of signals which simultaneously arrive at the receiver.
