Allowance for the skin effect in a superconductor-semiconductor-superconductor distributed structure
Abstract
Mathematical and electrical models are obtained for a distributed superconductor-semiconductor-superconductor structure. The equations describing wave propagation take into account the skin effect in the case of local coupling between current and field in the superconductors. The model can be used to construct an effective numerical algorithm. A dispersion equation is obtained in the linear approximation on the basis of the electrical model. The model makes it possible to describe processes in transmission lines based on superconductors and normal conductors.
