On a single-cavity regenerative power-combining system
Abstract
The method of slowly varying amplitudes is used to analyze a nonlinear single-cavity power-combining circuit in the regenerative mode. Truncated equations are obtained for the single-frequency and biharmonic modes of operation in the case of external excitation at the fundamental frequency. Attention is given to the particular cases of single-circuit and distributed multielement regenerative amplifiers.
