Designs of microwave devices and shields
Abstract
The fundamentals of the theory of electromagnetic field and circuits with distributed parameters are presented. The physical principles underlying the operation of microwave devices and electromagnetic shields for radio electronic equipment are then examined, and analytical expressions describing the operation of these devices are given. Examples of various implementations of microwave devices and shields are presented. Methods for integrating microwave components are discussed.
