Radiation transfer in the fluid frame.
Abstract
The radiation transfer equation and its first two moment equations are derived in the fluid frame description in a form which is independent of the coordinates and of the geometrical symmetry. All terms up to O(v/c) are kept consistently and the dominant terms in these equations are identified. The equations are specialized to cylindrical coordinates and azimuthal symmetry.
