High-efficiency generation of narrow bandwidth tunable VUV radiation
Abstract
Frequency tunable VUV radiation has been generated using excimer lasers and very narrow bandwidth dye lasers by two-photon resonant difference frequency mixing in xenon. Conversion efficiencies of greater than 0.1 percent have been achieved.
